The Branding section of AI Studio allows you to define information about your organization so that your agents can deliver more personalized, consistent responses. Because your agent acts on behalf of your organization, it will draw on this information when answering questions about itself or your business.
Organization Information
The top portion of the Branding section contains fields that describe your organization. You can provide the following details:

| Organization Name | The name of your organization. |
| Organization URL | Your organization's website address. |
| Industry | A dropdown selector for your organization's industry (for example, Technology). |
| Organization Overview | A free-text description of your organization, up to 1,000 characters. |
Global Brand Voice
The Global Brand Voice field allows you to define the tone your agent will use when generating responses. The brand voice you set here applies consistently across all agents and all surfaces. To help you get started, AI Studio provides a set of tone suggestions including Professional, Casual, Empathetic, Helpful, and Friendly, which can be selected as a starting point. You are encouraged to experiment with the field to find the combination that works best for your organization. The field supports up to 500 characters.
