Overview

To add an AI Agent to the CXME platform, you will need the View Agents and Add New Agents permissions.

Steps to Add an AI Agent

1. Navigate to AI Studio on the main left navigation bar and click on it. You will need the View Agents permission to see this option.
2. Click on the Agents menu item in the AI Studio menu.
3. Click the +Add Agent button in the top right.
4. Add a name, an optional description, and select the type of agent you want to create.
5. Click the Create button.

Once created, you will land on the agent configuration screen where you can customize, test, and deploy your agent.
