## Overview

To add an AI Agent to the CXME platform, you will need the **View Agents** and **Add New Agents** permissions.

## Steps to Add an AI Agent

1. Navigate to **AI Studio** on the main left navigation bar and click on it. You will need the **View Agents** permission to see this option.
2. Click on the **Agents** menu item in the AI Studio menu.
3. Click the **+Add Agent** button in the top right.
4. Add a name, an optional description, and select the type of agent you want to create.
5. Click the **Create** button.

Once created, you will land on the agent configuration screen where you can customize, test, and deploy your agent.
