What's in this article?

The Inbox Home Screen is the first screen you see when you log in. It provides a high-level summary of all the work items assigned to you and your teams, giving you an at-a-glance view of everything that requires your attention. You can return to this screen at any time by clicking the home button at the top of the Inbox screen.

Key Features

Global Search

At the top of the screen, you can open the global search modal by clicking on the search bar. This allows you to search for anything in CXME or take quick actions without navigating away from your current context.

Recently Visited

The Recently Visited list displays all the pages you have recently navigated to, enabling quick access to recent or frequently used pages. This is particularly useful when working across multiple cases or articles at the same time.

Inbox Views

On the left side of the screen, you will find your Inbox Views. This is a list of all your saved views for Cases and Tasks, each displaying a count so you can quickly see the volume of work across every view that matters to you.
